In the Vineyard:
Located in the famed Rovereto of Gavi di Gavi, it comes from the best possible site often termed the "Grand Cru" of Gavi. The soils are mainly clay with stones. Manual harvesting by hand in boxes, in the first half of September, with selection of the best grapes in the field and fast transfer to the cellar.

Winemaking :

The grapes are macerated for about 8 days in steel, subsequently the wine passes into terracotta amphorae of about 600 liters createdby hand by the master Imprunetino Massimo Carbone. The wine spends its entire life in the amphorae from fermentation, to malolactic fermentation, to stabilization until the day of bottling..

Tasting Notes :Straw yellow color, aromas of citrus and grapefruits, white melon, peach, almonds and white flowers, full body, intense sapidity.

 

Alcohol by volume: 12.5%

    We are happy to accept returns and replacements of products that are delivered damaged or not as per your order. We don’t expect this to happen but please call us within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does. We offer 1-month online store credits for returned items.

    You must present proof of purchace and all returned wines due to it being corked, oxidized or damaged should not be less than half a bottle. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and it is subject to an evaluation by our staff.

    We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable. We are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.

    We cannot be responsible for the wine storage conditions after it leaves our care and will not be responsible if the wine goes bad due to improper storage or treatment in your care.
