CASTELLO BONOMI

Castello Bonomi, the only Château in Franciacorta, was founded in 1985 at the foot of Monte Orfano, in the municipality of Coccaglio. The splendid vineyards of Castello Bonomi are terraced and surrounded by ancient forest.

 

The composition of the soil (rich in limestone and rocky substrates), the south-facing slopes and the microclimate, give the wines unique organoleptic characteristics in terms of richness, structure and complexity.

 

The excellence of Castello Bonomi is recognised and honoured with numerous awards. CruPerdu, Rosé, Dosaggio Zero and Riserva Lucrezia Etichetta Nera confirm their value year after year, ranking among the best Franciacorta wines ever.

CASA PALADIN

Since 1962, the Paladin family has continued to grow through rich experiences, persevering in cultivating the native vines of their Venetian land with unchanged respect and rigor, refining precious wines in their cellars, taking up residence in legendary territories such as Chianti and Franciacorta, to learn the secrets of excellence.

TENUTE UGOLINI

The essence, the values, the principles, the choices, the lifestyle, the objectives, the world Ugolini seen and explained by its founder: Giambattista Ugolini. The historical sites, churches, monuments, archaeological finds that tell the history of the territory of the valley of Fumane and the world around the Ugolini Estates and the city of Verona.

Twenty-two hectares of proprietary vineyards are in production, planted in Corvina gentile, Corvinone, Rondinella and a few other typical vines of Valpolicella; to these are added about 7000 square meters of olive groves in the Fumane valley, from whose local variety olive oils are born.

FONTANASSA

The company is located in Rovereto di Gavi in ​​the heart of the historic Gavi DOCG area of ​​the Municipality of Gavi. The first bottles were produced in 1988 with the advent of Marco and Roberto Gemme in the company and thanks to the collaboration of the oenologist Gaspare Buscemi. The Fontanassa firm has a cultivate surface of 42 hectars and 27 of that are vineyards. Vineyards grown on a clay soil with stones and irony sand.

The exposition at the sun is South South-West altitude is 290-330 mt. The kind of cultivation is Guyot. La Fontanassa is an old fortified farmhouse from the 16th century. A sharecropping contract dated 27 December 1634 already mentions the cultivation of vineyards of white and red grapes. Over the centuries it was owned by important Genoese families until 31 December 1921 when it was bought by the great-grandfather Citu.

ANSELMA GIACOMO

The farm Anselma Giacomo was founded in the early twentieth century and since then the tradition in the wine has been maintained. In every piece of history, with every sip of wine is the character of the company. The vineyard is captained by the winemaker Franco Anselma, with his wife Maria. The passion handed down from generation to generation winemaking tradition of the territory of Serralunga d'Alba, wine area among the most prestigious of the Langhe where the soil is calcareous clay and the mild climate are intertwined and marry positively influencing the quality of the grapes.

 

Famous for its single vineyard crus: Vignarionda and Collaretto. Much attention is paid above all to the work in the vineyard with a deep respectful conviction that great wines are produced only from grapes of excellent quality.

PRINSI

The Lequio family, owner of the Prinsi farm in Neive, is a reality in the Langa that has been consolidated for three generations. A family linked to the territory since the late 1940s, when grandfather Ottavio began producing the first bottles. In 1967 the growth of the company continued with his son Franco, who, having just come of age, thanks to his passion and love for the land, decided to try his hand at the first trials of winemaking.

A few years later, thanks to the precious help and support of his wife Silvana, he learned to recognize the true expression of the land in grapes and decided to make a change in the company. Since then he has continued to always prefer working among the rows, believing that to make good wines, the vineyard must be cultivated with love and dedication, establishing an intense bond with the land.

The lands of the Prinsi farm extend over an area of ​​25 hectares. Most of the vineyards are planted with Nebbiolo da Barbaresco and divided into four important areas in the town of Neive where, due to the privileged position and the texture of the soil, very high quality grapes are obtained.

VOERZIO MARTINI

Winery Voerzio Martini is located in a landscape of extraordinary beauty. Newly owned by oenologist Mirko Martini and Federica Martini, it carries a historic tradition of the vineyard founded by Gianni Voerzio in La Morra. His successful and extensive experience as wine producer is now supported by the innovative ideas of the new owners. The synergy between these different professional figures has produced a new drive and important innovations that have a positive impact on the company as a whole and have enhanced the already high quality of its wines.

The main task of Voerzio Martini is the careful management of vineyards, with a full respect of the surrounding environment, and the achievement of the highest quality of the raw material.
