In the Vineyard:
The “Gaia Principe” cru in the municipality of Neive is a historically known area for high quality grapes. An important wine, with a great elegance is deeply linked to its terroir. The vineyard located in Neive has a soil of marl, clay and silt, a northwest exposure and lies about 320 meters above sea level.
Winemaking :
The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. Maceration and fermentation with skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of (27°C), followed by malolactic fermentation in wooden casks. Aged 30 months in French oak barrels. Further ageing in bottle before releasing.
Varietal:
100% NEBBIOLO
Tasting Notes :
Ruby red with garnet reflections. Fruity and persistent with scents of berries, cinnamon and pepper. Very elegant with soft tannins and laced with spicy and vanilla notes.
Alcohol by volume: 14%

We are happy to accept returns and replacements of products that are delivered damaged or not as per your order. We don’t expect this to happen but please call us within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does. We offer 1-month online store credits for returned items.
You must present proof of purchace and all returned wines due to it being corked, oxidized or damaged should not be less than half a bottle. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and it is subject to an evaluation by our staff.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable. We are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.We cannot be responsible for the wine storage conditions after it leaves our care and will not be responsible if the wine goes bad due to improper storage or treatment in your care.
